Due to the nature of the product, your order must meet Federal Health Regulations before requesting a return or exchange. All returns are processed within 1-2 business days upon arrival to our offices.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL! All hair has undergone a quality assurance process to ensure it is free of imperfections. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different, please call customer service at 757-726-7176 within 3 days of the receipt date. 

If the hair received does not meet our brand standards, we will gladly exchange it and begin the exchange process per our cost.

Our fulfillment department must inspect all incoming shipments to ensure all product is in its original condition. No in-store credit will be given if product has been unraveled, co-washed, or manipulated in any manner from its original state.


BIssa Beauty Hairtique, at its sole discretion, may exchange products under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 3 business days of receipt of product(s).

  • Any exchange requested after 3 business days of receiving the product will not be honored.

  • We will not accept any merchandise, which has been used or altered (unraveled, washed, brushed, combed or cut) in any way.

  • According to the Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used due to hygienic reasons. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution.

  • Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value.

  • In order to process an exchange, the product would need to be sent back at your expense. When requesting an exchange, a Bissa Beauty Hairtique representative will send a return label to you via your email address. This label should be printed and placed onto your package to ensure your package is insured during its route back to our offices. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused in its original condition, we will exchange the product for something of equal or greater value per your selection.

  • Exchanges are limited to two exchanges per order. No refunds will be permitted, unless it is determined that Bissa Beauty Hairtique. is the party at fault due to a fulfillment error, then we shall exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer.

  • Customer is responsible for the reshipment cost as that is a separate service that has already been used.

  • For any exchange that permits a difference (less than original) customer will hold a in-store credit for the remaining balance owed as we do not refund ANY costs.


Our Customer Service department will personally guide you over the phone to assist you with your returns and exchanges request.

When you receive your item(s), open the box and visually examine the product to verify if you have received the desired texture and lengths you ordered. You can gently take the hair out of the plastic. At this time, you can determine if the products you have received are damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered.

How much does shipping cost?


Standard shipping is FREE on orders of $350 or more.

Expedited shipping is $30.

*************ALL NON-DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: There is a Customs fee that can be requested by the postal service upon delivery/receipt of the package. Customers may be subject to a 35% Duty/Customs fee based on the total order value. Bissa Beauty Hairtique is not at liberty to calculate or charge customer as we have no control over the fees required outside of regular shipping fees. When will my order be shipped?
Our standard processing time for orders is 1 to 3 business days. Expedited Shipping orders are processed within the same business day if the order is placed by 9:00 am EST.

When will I receive my tracking number?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number within 24-48 hours of your order being processed.If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order, call Bissa Beauty Hairtique at 757-726-7176. Please, have your order number prepared when you call.

We do not ship on weekends, holidays, and in the occurrence of a natural disaster.


How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders are delivered on business days, Monday through Friday. Orders may rarely be delivered on weekends.

Orders shipped with standard shipping are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are delivered by the postal carrier within 3 to 5 business days.

Orders shipped with expedited shipping are processed and shipped within 2 business days. If the order is placed before 9 am EST, the order will ship the same day or next day and arrive the following business day. If the order is placed after 9 am EST, the order will ship the next business day and arrive 2 business days after your order is placed.

We ARE NOT liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is entered incorrectly.

My tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received my package – what do I do?
We recommend checking with your neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered somewhere nearby. You can also contact the carrier directly to verify that they no longer have the package. The phone number for FedEx is 1-800-Go-FedEx. The phone number for USPS is 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). If your shipment can’t be located, please contact us for assistance.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
We only ship to P.O. boxes when using standard shipping. If you are using express or signature required shipping, you must enter a valid residence, company or hotel address for a successful delivery.
